What is Online Statement Access ?

Online Statement Access is a customer portal for patients of users of PracticeWorks Systems practice management products. This service will allow you to view patient billing statements sent by your provider and pay them if the provider has opted to accept payments via this method.

Why should I log in?

Logging in will allow you to view your provider's billing statement and make payments on that statement.

How long will it take for my payment to process?

You can expect your payment to process the same business day and notification provided for your provider within one business day.

Do I have to make payments via this online method?

No. You may print the billing statement and continue to make your payments as you have in the past.

What is the CVV code ?

The Card Verification Value or Code (CVV or CVC), sometimes called the Card Security Code (CSC), is a security feature for credit or debit card transactions, giving increased protection against credit card fraud. This is usually a 3 or 4 digit number, printed on your credit/debit card, separate from the card number. Please consult the following images for guidance on locating this code.
